
Export Process
- Access Logs Page: Navigate to the Logs section within Siren.
- Click Export: Users can click on the export button located next to the search field.
- Apply Filters: Users can apply filters such as Date Range, Channel, Provider, Template, Account Name, Workflow, and Status to refine the logs.
- Initiate Export: Users can initiate the export process by clicking the submit button.
- Email Notification: Users will receive an email containing the link to download the exported file, which is valid for 30 days.
- Download File: Upon clicking the download link in the email, the file will automatically download to the user’s system.
